Set within the distinctive architectural landscape of Bordeaux, the Sage office is conceived as a calm and contemporary workplace shaped by material, proportion and light.

The interior balances the character of its surroundings with a clear modern identity. Warm finishes, considered lines and carefully organised spaces create an atmosphere that feels refined without becoming formal. From focused work areas to relaxed communal settings, every part of the office is designed to support a natural and intuitive way of working.

Carel Woodworks delivered a complete bespoke furniture package developed specifically for the project. Each element was designed in response to the architecture, spatial requirements and visual language of the interior.

Custom workstations, meeting tables, storage solutions, lockers, collaborative furniture and integrated joinery were brought together as one coherent collection. Clean silhouettes and precise detailing allow the furniture to sit quietly within the space, while tactile materials introduce warmth and depth.

Particular attention was given to the relationship between functionality and architectural presence. Storage becomes part of the interior composition, tables help define the meeting and social areas, and built-in elements create continuity throughout the workplace.

The result is a balanced working environment in which furniture and architecture feel naturally connected. Through bespoke manufacturing and careful material execution, Carel Woodworks helped transform the Sage Bordeaux office into a space defined by clarity, comfort and understated character.
